Harish Akula is a Machine Learning Researcher at the Institute for Experiential AI. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology in India. His current work focuses on reinforcement learning and complex simulations, integrating RL with epidemiological models to optimize international travel policies. He also develops high-precision deep learning models for particle physics and engineers ML pipelines that bridge the gap between rapid research experimentation and real-world deployment.

Driven by a strong foundation in both software engineering and applied AI, Harish's primary research interests encompass reinforcement learning, deep learning, generative AI, and computer vision.
